Integrative health coach for music industry professionals.

You love what you do.

Burnout wasn't part of the plan.

Whether you're running on empty or just want to stay ahead of it, I help people in music and other demanding careers stop trading their health for the work.

17 years at Mute Records • Berklee Online faculty • Certified health coach since 2013

Nicole - A woman with wavy hair wearing glasses and a striped shirt, sitting against a plain background.

I'm Nicole Blonder, an integrative health coach supporting people in music. During my 17 years at Mute Records, working with artists like Moby and New Order, I was also trying to manage the autoimmune disease ulcerative colitis, until health coaching finally made a real difference. That inspired me to get certified and eventually build my own coaching practice, while continuing the music work I love. Today I also teach Wellness for Artists at Berklee Online, helping the next generation of musicians build healthier habits, sooner. I know firsthand what it means to build a demanding career under stressful conditions while fighting for your health.

Speaker at conferences including APAP, Music Biz, A2IM Indie Week, Winter Jazzfest, jump.global and more.

“I went from anxious, overwhelmed, and constantly running on fumes to feeling grounded, organized, and confident.”
— R.S., Music Industry Attorney & Musician

Working in music with UC, Crohn's, another digestive or autoimmune condition?

Big launches, late nights, travel, and eating whatever's around can make these conditions harder to manage. I've been there myself, and I know how much happens between doctor's appointments.

I work alongside your doctor or GI team, not instead of them, on the parts that are hard to fit into a 15-minute appointment:

  • Managing stress when your schedule isn't yours

  • Eating well on the road, at shows, and on deadline

  • Sleep and recovery during busy seasons

  • Spotting patterns between how you live and how you feel

  • Advocating for what you need at work

“I don’t have to be in chasing mode all the time. I always have a good day after my coaching session - it really is very helpful.”
— CN, Musician & Music Industry Professional
“Nicole had a tough crowd in our super-skeptical independent label conference, but her presentation made even the most jaded of them pay attention.”
— AN, Music Industry Executive
“She helped me make time for a daily check-in that made me more present and centered, keeping me moving through the day, rather than spiraling.”
— ML, Musician & Touring Professional
